The Middle School Leadership Team is a group of volunteer 8th grade students who have committed to be leaders in their school community. Their mission is to enhance their community through service, mentorship, and positive modeling. Ways in which the Leadership Team has already contributed to IPA Middle school is through their planning and participation in the New Student Orientation, the Middle School before-school BBQ, and the first three days of school. Other areas of planning and implementation will include the three Make a Difference Days like the Team Building Challenge in October and the Career Fair in March, a mentorship program with new students and school dances.
