Admission Timetable for 2009-2010 Enrollment

November 15, 2009
Admission Open House: 2-4 pm for parents and students

January 31, 2010
Application deadline for priority consideration

February 15, 2010

Deadline to submit all required supporting documents
(report cards, teacher reference reports, etc.)
to be considered for the first round of admission decisions.

January – February 2010
Applicants for all grades will be notified of their
on-campus admission testing/assessment dates and
student interview appointments (Grades 6-12 only).

March 2010

Admission decision letters mailed to applicants for all grades.

April 15, 2010
Priority enrollment response date for all grades.
Families who submit the enrollment contract and tuition deposit will reserve a space for their child at IPA for 2010-11.

Please note, for applicants to PreK-Grade 5, the tuition deposit is refundable up until May 10 (the HAIS common reply date).

IPA will continue to accept applications for admission
after the deadline as long as openings remain.
